Inspiro Youth is a student-led social enterprise based in Loudoun County, Virginia. Our ambitious founder identified a critical gap in our community: the lack of a centralized system for finding and accessing vital family resources.

The Founder

Thakshi Alaigh, the visionary founder of Inspiro Youth, discovered a critical community need through conversations with peers and teachers about the challenges families faced when seeking support services.  Beyond her entrepreneurial spirit, Thakshi is deeply committed to teamwork and collective success—values she's honed through her dedication to sports, where she learned that individual talent flourishes best within supportive communities. This philosophy of "thriving together" forms the foundation of her approach to Inspiro Youth, where she emphasizes that everyone deserves access to the resources they need to reach their full potential.
